This 4-story residential building, completed in 2018, includes five units and is located in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens. Designed to reflect the scale and character of its urban context, the project combines simplicity with durability.
The building features a brick façade that integrates with the surrounding streetscape while offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional materials. Interior layouts were developed with a focus on efficient use of space and everyday functionality.
Designed in 2015, the project adds to the architectural diversity of one of New York City’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
